You stand a good chance to get better government college such as HBTI and IET though you may only get some branches. I would suggest you to go for it.

If you are getting admission in Galgotias College then you may take ECE apart of going to CSE branch through management quota.

Hi,
I think it will be difficult because seats are filling faster in GLBIMR and as far as my knowledge is concerned, admissions are at the verge of closure. So you need to make a quick decision and talk to the admission department once.
