No, in counselling, you can apply in every college and in every stream but it depends on you which stream you are interested in studying, so it's better to apply for the stream in which you have the interest. Good luck.

The counselling for UPSEE 2018 will be conducted from 25th June onwards and the registration for the counselling will start from the same day. Good luck.

You stand a good chance to get better government college such as HBTI and IET though you may only get some branches. I would suggest you to go for it.

If you are getting admission in Galgotias College then you may take ECE apart of going to CSE branch through management quota.
