NDA Educational Qualifications - For Army Wing - Pass Certificate in 10+2 exam For Air Force and Naval Wings - Passing Certification of Class 12th exam with Physics and Mathematics. The National Defence Academy NDA is the Joint Services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force train together before they go on to respective service academies for further pre-commissioning training. National Defence Academy or NDA is one of the most sought-after defence entrance exams in the country. The exam is conducted for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA and Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). NDA is conducted twice a year in two stages: written exam and SSB Interview. UPSC prepares a list of candidates who obtain minimum qualifying marks in the written exam. Such candidates are called for SSB Interview for Intelligence and Personality Test. CDS stands for Combined Defence Services exam. It is a national-level examination held annually to recruit eligible young individuals for various armed forces throughout India. CAPF exam conducted by UPSC for post of assistance commandant in central armed police force CRPF, BSF, ITBP, SSB and CISF exams are conducted by UPSC. It is also conducting civil service exam but ACPF AC is different.
Selection process of CAPFAC2 papers are there. Paper 1:- GS paper (objective type), 125 questions, total 250 marks.
Paper 2 English (descriptive, consists of essay, notice, precise, arguments and grammar), total 200 marks. You have to score min. 50 marks in paper 2. Cutoff is decided from paper 1 to qualify for PST/MET. After written paper result, UPSC asks you to fill up DAF (detailed application form). It takes about 2 months after result for PST/MET. UPSC designate one force (out of 5) every year to take PST. On day of PST, first of all document verification is done (they give you a whole list with PST ADMIT CARD). Then they take your physical tests (all 4 events notified in notification). Order may change but most usual order is 100m -&get; 800m -&get; long jump -&get; short put throw. Those who qualify in Physical tests are taken to Medical tests. (Don't worry too much for medical as you can not do anything about it, just maintain your weight and chest measurements). Then after 3 months, interview schedule comes. A link is provided on UPSC website to download call letter. A list of documents required for verification is given with call letter and after verification, you are sent for interview (4 panel member body). Final result is declared after 45 days of last day interview.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. No, you are not eligible to join in Indian Army after completion of your Diploma course being a female candidate. Only Unmarried Male candidates who have completed 12th standard from any recognised board are eligible to join in Indian Army by appearing and qualifying NDA examination. So, being a female candidate and Diploma holder, you are not eligible to join in Indian Army. Eligibility criteria:-
Indian Military academy: You should have completed graduation in any stream from a recognised university. Officers Training Academy: You should have completed graduation in any stream from a recognised university. Age Criteria:-
Indian Military Academy: - 19 to 24 years
Officers Training Academy: - 19 to 25 years.
