Yes, you're eligible. Applicants for the MURP programme in the general category should have a minimum of 55% aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories should have a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks in below mentioned degree programs from a recognised University / Institution:
1. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Architecture / Environmental Engineering / Civil Engineering / Planning/ Law
2. Masters degree (or equivalent) in Geography / Economics / Sociology / Environmental Science / Social Work / Development Studies / Policy Studies / Political Science/GIS/Geomatics/Climate Studies.

Hi, At the expense of sounding biased, I think its pretty exciting to be a part of the urban planning, both its practice and its study as a discipline. I am an engineer by training and my graduate education in planning has incredibly expanded my worldview.
