Hi Sourav,
It is difficult and depends on the university. You should start emailing some universities and find out. Many universities can accept the candidature after a WES evaluation of the degree. Top ranking universities like MIT and Harvard also accept 3-year degrees but they accept a few exceptional students. It is difficult to say since it depends on the admission offices of the university. Your profile must also be a strong one for them to consider.

Yes, you can get admission with these marks, but you need to pass any of the English speaking proficiency tests like IELTS TOEFL, GRE etc. as well.

Hi Prabhat,
US universities are very flexible, take your GRE and have a good score to be considered eligible. Since you will be applying for a second Masters you must also show your interest in the programme through an excellent SOP. Relevant projects, recommendation letters etc. Must also be submitted. In general you must show that you are a good candidate for the programme and how you can contribute to the cohort or class.

Dear Sathvika,
Amongst the options, USA and Canada are English speaking countries and excellent for studying Medicine. Besides the country, more important is the college or University you study at. Germany is also home to prominent medical universities. But the education is in German language completely. Russia has been a choice of many Asian and African students to study medicine since many universities in Russia have started providing support in English medium and Russian is taught gradually. If you want to apply for the early action, then you have to take SAT in October and November and if you want to apply for regular decision then you have to take SAT in November and December. Feel free to ask about anything.

This is good though of higher education but I think if you have good base in mechanical you should pursue Bachelor in mechanical engineering because Very large PSUs offer job in mechanical.
