Hi there,
According to my knowledge, as you will clear your backlogs, your percentile will automatically increase. Furthermore if you wish to choose CS branch for your Masters you should have 75% in your B.Tech/B.E and a score of 315 or more in GRE if you want a renowned college. Still, you can aim for a good score in TOEFL so as to cover up the rest.
Good luck.

Basically, after you complete your Pharma.D degree from an Indian institute, you need to satisfy two prerequisite conditions of the US pharmacy council. Clear the routine language clearance exam, which is IELTS. Once you are through with that, you have to prove your equivalence. Equivalence test consist of NAPLEX exam. Once you clear that with satisfactory grades, you will have to get certain hours of practice (also called practical training) before u start practicing privately. Best of luck.

A degree holds more value than a Diploma course. You will get full knowledge of a course in degree courses. Most of the employers prefer degree students. You learn more during a degree course as it involves complete studies. Even if you manage to get some job doing just Diploma course, there is a strong chance that you could lose out on some promotions and salary rise at your workplace because of stiff competition where other equally good performers have a degree in hand.

A Bachelor's degree is required for all Ph.D. programme applications and a master's degree may be required for some Ph.D. programs. Take the GRE. GRE (Graduate Record Examination) scores are required for admittance into Ph.D. programs in the US, so you will need to take the GRE before you can apply.
