No university or college in the world will allow you to study astronomy or Science after BBA. Please understand that you must qualify. If you are interested in this field, you can pursue a short course on this subject and keep it as a hobby but not as a full time course or you have to start from the beginning again. However, if you completed 12th Science with a decent grade you can try contacting some universities and see if you can apply for a BS course.

Both these countries, USA and Australia have extremely professional health services and offer good pay packages. If you land a government job, you will also get a lot of perks as compared to a private job. If you start your own nursing clinic you can also earn a lot just by private practice. The choice is yours. Good Luck!

Government Universities give preference to their own citizens and do not admit International students for MBBS programme.
Private Universities do admit and set aside a small percentage of their annual seats for International students. Fees in these Universities are high. Regards.

Every country has colleges with different rules, anywhere you apply you will find colleges accepting Diploma while some not accepting Diploma. On the whole, you can apply with a Diploma to US universities, you have to take the SAT or the ACT and apply for Bachelor's degree. If there are additional requirements then the university will tell you. It is therefore very important that you email them and enquire.
