The best ones to my knowledge include MIT, University of California Berkeley, University of Texas-Austin and Purdue University and Virginia Tech. You have to, however, check the university websites for all details.

It is impossible to predict beforehand whether one can get a job offer in a foreign country after completing MBA from an IIM or non-IIM. It entirely depends upon which company is recruiting the students, vacancies (if any in foreign countries) and one's performance in the interview rounds.

Software stream. Let me tell you, there are job opportunities in many other streams. See your interest and plan well.

Go for M.Phil and UK is better for the same. For Visa and other benefits, Canada is better.

You should apply online. They even offer scholarships for Indian students but not always. You need to complete IELTS test for which you need to spend 10000-12000 INR. Now you can apply for universities like Harvard and Birmingham and all. If you apply now, for June 2018 admission, it's better. All the best.

Scholarships are commonly awarded on merit basis. The better your profile i.e. high academic grades, extracurricular activities, etc. higher are the chances of obtaining a scholarship. Top US universities such as Harvard, MIT, etc. do accept 3-year Bachelors degree. However, there is no MCA abroad, this is specifically a degree only awarded by Indian universities. You may check for MS Computer Science, Applied Computing, etc.
