Hi Crystal Verma,
In USA it may be waived off depending on the university and your profile. But in UK it is compulsory no matter how good your academic grades might be. You must take IELTS for UKVI to study in UK.

Hi Abu Khan,
Since the scholarships by US universities are awarded on merit-based system, you must submit a very strong application. Scholarships will depend on your test scores, academic grades, letters of reference, personal statements, etc.

There are few things new need to consider.
First, an MBA is valued more if you have few years of work experience.
Second, the cost of pursuing MBA from USA is 3 to 4 times higher as compared to Indian Institute so don't take a chance of going there as a fresher because you would be competing with the experienced colleagues. Generally they will have an upper hand.
Third, you need to have a really strong resume to attract the universities.
There are universities like:
Marshall School of Business (USC), McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University and you will get more universities just think on the above points and take your decision

Hello Abu,
Universities in the United States are known to be quite giving and generous when it comes to scholarships compared to other countries. Hard or easy will depend on one's profile and also on the university you are applying to. There is no specific answer to this question. Just remember to give your 100% to your application.
