MRV fee in India can be paid at any of the designated Embassy or Consulate in cash (in USD or INR) or by a bank draft drawn on a nationalized or foreign bank. The MRV fee is easy to pay online, thus, applicants should try and pay the MRV fee online through the USVAC portal.

Applicants applying for a nonimmigrant visa like student visa in USA would have to submit a non-refundable and transferable fee called MRV fee. Once this fee is paid, the receipt is generated, applicants can then schedule interview appointments and wait for the further process.
