There is no fixed percentage required to get into top universities in the USA for a bachelor's degree, but a minimum of 65% to 80% is generally recommended. The minimum percentage required may vary depending on the stream of study, with a minimum of 65% required for the humanities stream and 70–80% for the Science or commerce stream.

Here are some other admission requirements for US universities:

  • GPA: A minimum GPA of 2.60 to 3.60 is required.
  • English proficiency test: A minimum score in an English language proficiency test like IELTS or TOEFL is required. For undergraduate programs, the minimum IELTS band score is 6 or high

Applying to Auston Institute of Management is simpler than applying to U.S. universities. Students complete an online application, submit relevant documents (transcripts and English proficiency), and may require an interview. Auston focuses on practical learning, offers flexible intakes, and supports visa and housing arrangements, unlike the standardized tests and rigid timelines typical in U.S. institutions.

Applying to Millsaps College differs from other U.S. universities in several ways. The application process is designed to be straightforward and accessible, with no application fees and a test-optional policy, allowing students to apply without standardized test scores if preferred. Millsaps uses its own application and the Common App, and decisions can be received quickly—sometimes within 24 hours. Additionally, the college offers personalized guidance through admissions counselors and extensive financial aid, including merit scholarships automatically awarded upon admission. These scholarships can be substantial, covering up to ful

Applying to the Southern California Institute of Technology (SCIT) is different from other U.S. universities mainly because it has a rolling admissions cycle; programs usually start every five weeks, making entry points more flexible. SCIT also puts much emphasis on a more personalized admissions process, where students applying for a programme are guided by an admissions advisor from the time of application. Unlike most universities that use centralized applications, SCIT requires applicants to fill out its particular application form and may also include an interview. It also specializes in technical fields, with a curriculum that fo

Consider Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences over the University of Texas at Austin for:

- Specialized pharmacy and health sciences programs
- Smaller class sizes
- Strong industry connections and internship opportunities
- Location in New York's capital city, providing access to healthcare and research institutions

However, weigh these factors against your individual priorities and goals.

MRV fee in India can be paid at any of the designated Embassy or Consulate in cash (in USD or INR) or by a bank draft drawn on a nationalized or foreign bank. The MRV fee is easy to pay online, thus, applicants should try and pay the MRV fee online through the USVAC portal.

Applicants applying for a nonimmigrant visa like student visa in USA would have to submit a non-refundable and transferable fee called MRV fee. Once this fee is paid, the receipt is generated, applicants can then schedule interview appointments and wait for the further process.
