The master's programme is not easily applied for, especially if one has 25 backlogs, in the USA or Canada. Universities here require strong academic performance with minimal or no backlogs. While these universities will be strict with admitting a candidate with backlogs, you can still appeal for consideration if you are showing considerable improvement, justify the backlogs with a good reason, and display great performance in other criteria like GRE/GMAT, TOEFL/IELTS scores, and work experience. To apply for an F-1 visa to study at Touro University in the USA, Indian students must submit the following documents to the International Admissions Coordinator: a copy of all acceptance letters, a valid passport, proof of a proof of English language proficiency, proof of residency foreign address, proof of financial aid.
