From the curriculum point of view, university is doing well. There's no problem. Still, if you are serious to do MBA, try for business schools through CAT and MAT, etc. that would fetch you more chances.

If you are looking forward for CSE branch, you must prefer Bangalore as it is the IT hub of India. You may get good job opportunities and great exposure there.

Since your JEE score is bit low you will get colleges like GNIOT, NIET, Galgotias, etc. You may also get admission in GL Bajaj.

They have many multinational companies visiting us all over the year. 80% of the students are placed in good companies and earning and learning well. To name some we have Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Estaremos, HCL and Tech Mahindra. I belong to computer department that's why I am not sure about the companies for other branches.
