No it is not necessary to do Graduation for these programs. After XII you could surely take up skill development programs in the field or even UG programs available.

Well Hari, usually it's between 0.9Lacs-1.2Lacs per annum (current trend in india). I'm quoting real salaries from experience and not hypothetical salaries that most people quote. This is what a Roto artist (usually the first job for a VFX person) gets. You could later grow into higher salaries if you're good at compositing or 3D affects. Wish you the best for your career.
