I see that you want to do M.Tech from VIT, that also integrated course. Well, I guess that the cutoff percentage is something around 60% for VIT integrated M.Tech. But around 90% you can get admission in category 2 and around 95% you will surely get admission in category.

In VIT, there is also good professor like in IIT. Major difference come in experience between teacher in IIT or any other.

NIRF ranking depends on a lot of factors, you can not solely depend on NIRF ranking while choosing a college NIRF depends upon - Teaching, Infrastructure, Placements, Research opportunity. But you should SEE what your priorities are and what course are you going to pursue there, but BITS is far better than VIT in ALL RESPECTS if you are getting BIT's must go for it. Great infrastructure, Placements, Brand value on top.

Having a score of 60% in Physics Chemistry and Biology (PCB) subjects in your 10+2 examination but when you come VIT, they consider the scores of PCM instead of Biology they consider Mathematics, so it might make it more challenging for you to secure admission to VIT University through the VITEEE. No, for VIT you need to have mathematics in your +2 to be eligible for admission into BCA. But there are many other best universities which will get you admission into BCA without any problem.
