You should try through management quota as you had not appeared in the entrance exam by VIT. you contact to college or brokers to get detail about fee and possibility to get admission in VIT

These exams are meant for only those who want to do B.Tech courses after completing their 12th board exams. So only if you have completed the 12th standard, you can write these exams.
And your board scores must be 75% and the admission is based on the scores that you get in the respective exams.

VITEEE Counselling 2017 The counselling dates of VITEEE 2017 for Phase II have been announced by VIT University. While counselling for VITEEE 2017 phase I will be conducted from May 10 to 12 as per candidates ranks, counselling for Phase II will be conducted between May 15 and May 22. You have to clear your class 12th concept. Try to give the exact answer, don't answer those questions about which you are doubtful. Try to avoid negative marking. Solve the previous years' question papers to get an idea about the level and pattern of exam.

For academic year 2016-17, the candidates in the top merit slab of 1 to 20,000 were called for counselling on different days in the first phase of counselling. Candidates are offered admission to different branches at the two campuses based on their percentile merit. The closing rank in one phase of counselling of VITEEE 2017 for a particular branch can be termed as VITEEE cutoff for that branch.

As per your rank, you will not get a seat merit wise in VIT, Vellore, however for management quota seats, you need to talk to the college itself they can guide you better.

Till now notification has come from VIT they call students whose rank is less than 20000 so wait for your call or see any other college.
