No, a candidate will not be guaranteed admission in VIT he /she clears the VIT cut off. The admission is based on not just on the cut off, but the category in which the candidate falls, difficulty level of the examination, the number of applicants who have registered themselves for the examination and the previous year trends for the cut off as well. So yes, it is safe to say that only clearing the cut off will not guarantee or admission in VIT, however scuring above the cutoff will increase your chances in doing so.

Counselling may be impacted if you have passed MET and VITEEE but your 12th grade report has not yet been released. However, based on entrance exam results, the majority of universities provide temporary admission. Notify the counselling authorities of the postponement and submit a letter from your school or a provisional certificate. Most colleges give students a grace time to turn in their documents. If you want to turn in your marksheet later, you might have to sign an undertaking. Keep the admissions departments at VIT and Manipal University informed and heed their advice by staying in touch with them.

The VITEEE is not the only factor considered for admission to VIT (Vellore). For BTech admissions, the Vellore Institute of Technology administers the VITEEE; however, for MBA programmes, it also takes into account national entrance tests like as CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, ATMA, etc. In addition, admission to other programmes like BCA, BCom, MSc, MCA, BSc, BSc (Hons), and others is determined by the cumulative score on prior qualifying examinations or degrees (merit-based).

Both BITSAT and VITEEE are one of the highly competitive private engineering entrance examinations. Since the syllabus of both the exams consists of topics from 11th and 12th standard syllabus, the difficulty level of BITSAT and VITEEE can be considered similar. Along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, both exams also assess the students on their English, Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning. Students will be able to attempt both exams if they are well-prepared for one examination. However, a little bit extra effort may be required for BITSAT. To clear VITEEE, candidates must follow the VITEEE 2024 exam pattern, study according to the

The cutoff for admissions will be prepared based on various factors related to the entrance exam. However, it is to be noted that only those candidates who secure a rank of up to 1 Lacs will be eligible for admissions into VIT Vellore and Chennai campuses. Those students with a rank above 1 Lacs will be able to apply for admissions into the VIT Andhra Pradesh and Bhopal campuses.

No, you are not allowed to use any electronic devices or virtual calculators during the VITEEE 2024 exam. Any student discovered in possession of any of these will be immediately dismissed. If they allow it will be provided then and there only.

No, you cannot get ECE branch with 200000 rank as it is unlikely to secure admission in top branches like CSE, ME, ECE, especially at the main campus of VIT with a rank over 200,000 in VITEEE. However, you can consider trying for new campuses of VIT, although admission chances there are also very low.
