After the candidates have confirmed their allotted seats and paid the fee during the VITEEE counselling, they will not be allowed to change their branch and campus under any circumstances. The authorities will not entertain any requests for a change of campuses or courses from the candidates. Since the candidates will be given enough time after allotment to make their decision, they are advised to carefully consider their decision.

The authorities will conduct the VITEEE counselling process online. Therefore, all candidates are required to participate in the VITEEE counselling process for admissions. The authorities will not accept any requests for change in the date/time of the counselling. Once the candidates are allotted, they will have to pay the required fee and report to their allotted campus. In case the candidates are unable to report to their allotted institute before the final date, then their admission will be cancelled.

Therefore, the candidates are advised to carefully check the dates before participating in the counselling process. The authorities are expected to conduct five rounds of counselling. Fresh registrations and choice filling will be accepted for every round. Candidates will be allotted as per their rank, preferences and seat availability.
