You should go with Category-2. The fee for this category is about Rs 307000.

The cutoff rank for CSE is usually high anywhere. Following the trends of previous years VITEEE rank from 1 to 10,000 are generally admitted in CSE. So with 53K rank, it is not possible to get CSE in VIT.

Your VITEEE rank is good enough for getting Biotechnology at VIT Vellore.

Seems difficult. But can be tried out during the phase-4. Otherwise can be go for ECE or IT.

However even if that is ignored, it must be remembered that CSE is the first choice of almost all students and as a result admissions close at very high ranking.
