The admission for MSc in VIT is based on the marks obtained in your graduation. For this admission you don't have to appear for VITEEE. Of course you have to fill up the form online and based on your marks, students will be shortlisted and called for the interview session and then their admission will be confirmed. You have to score an aggregate of 60% in the board exam. There is no such entrance examination, I mean for sure, you will get selected. The thing is to submit your application form in time.

Study text books thoroughly.Solve objectives.
Solve mock test as many as you can.
Learning the subject may lead you to success.
CBSE textbooks may help you for both board and VITEEE.

To get a good branch, you have to get your rank under 5k (CSE).
And, for other branches under 15k would be sufficient.
