There is no category wise reservation in VITEEE exam, everybody is considered same. Regarding preparation for CSE, you need only 2 things:
I) Good grip over NCERT textbooks and previous years VITEEE question papers. ii) Proper time management, as the questions are not tough. But, you need to solve as much as you can to get a good rank.

For that campus, if you only secure a rank then also you can get this campus as it is newly built and hence you can easily get that college and even in the last, there is a branch upgrade system in that you can get the core branch also.

See if you want scholarship from the college side only then you must be in the top 3 students of the college but if you can't achieve it then you can apply for private scholarships other then the college. From that, you can only pay off your college dues.

For that in the non-core branches, you have to secure under 50k rank and if you want to take admission in core branches then you have to secure under 10k rank. For CSE, you have to score under 1k and for ECE under 5k rank.

Yes, you can but for that you have to study extremely very good to be in the topper list of your branch and then you can get the scholarship but if you are not able to do the same then you can apply for private scholarships, in that, you can get your fee.
