No, you can not get CSE in VIT. Predict engineering colleges you can get on the basis of your JEE rank: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor?utm_source=cconnect&utm_medium=CR_JEECP&utm_campaign=8321427.

With this poor rank, you can't get ECE. You can get this branch only through management quota.

During my admission time, there is only Vellore and Chennai branch two years ago and these branches are recently opened by VIT. Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well with each category admission fees go high. First category was closed till 15,000 rank, and you can get CSE till 9000 rank and IT till 11000 rank, but there are 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, but you have to pay more for that. Bhopal and Amravati branches are opened recently, so the rank for VIT University may go

Hello,
This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 Lacs rank easily and I think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fee structure is similar to VIT, Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And its infrastructure is not fully completed and still its under-development
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer to Vellore or Chennai campus now and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college. You might come across certain difficulties in dropping 2 years as with your age you won't be able to apply to some colleges. You should consider you age as a factor first and if you think you can do well by dropping twice you should go ahead with your plan.
good luck.

Hello dear,
In this rank, there are rare chances for you getting admission in any of VIT campus but don't lose hope. You may take admission in private colleges on your state. Dear, believe in your skills and your knowledge by which you may get better placement and job opportunities, then a VIT or any IIT students. Thanks for connecting with Shiksha.com

Getting CSE in any of the campus is difficult but by paying additional tuition fees it can be possible but it is difficult to tell what exactly their demand. But their range is some what around 1-3 Lacs per year.
