No, you can't as the minimum marks required for the JEE to get admission into any NIT is 75% for the general & OBC candidates and 65% for the SC/ST students.

Being in any reserved category will not help as this is a really low score if you would have scored something above 180 then there would have been some chances.

By going through the last years' placements statistics, cutoffs and ranking, VNIT comes on top. VNIT is better in every aspect. I will suggest you to go for VNIT.

No, VNIT will not provide any loan but educational loans are offered by many nationalised banks such as SBI, Canara Bank, etc.
