If you have scored more than 75% in your 12th then only you are eligible to get admission there.
Your JEE score is good, you should try for highly preferred branches.
For your convenience, I am attaching a link here which will give you more information regarding VNIT:

Hello Rujuta,
I am assuming you to be of general category. So, if you score 90 percentile in JEE paper 2, then you may get admission here but I am not sure of that so please make sure that you perform well in second attempt. For more details, click in the link below.

Hi Vaishali, for getting admission in any government colleges you need to have a valid GATE score or need to clear GATE exam. As this marks(19) is not qualifying so you are not eligible for this college.Try to improve your marks.
Best of luck.

If you are general candidate, then no. Work harder, try to get at least 98.5 percentile to stand a decent chance to get into one of the NITs, IIEST or B.Plan in SPAs and MANIT.
You can try for different private and semi-private colleges. There are plenty of Architecture colleges apart from NITs and SPAs which are good in their own right.

Mention your category here. If you are an SC or ST, you can get seats in both. If you are from open category, it would be difficult in both.

Hello Roshni, V NIT-Nagpur is one of the oldest and most sought after NIT for aspirants of engineering seats. Due to this the cut offs are on the higher side in this Institute of national eminence. I am attaching a link that will give you the information about historical cutoffs that were seen in the previous years. You can draw your conclusion based on this as to what could be the cutoff in this year 2019. Best wishes to you.

eligibility conditions say that the student should have passed 12th or equivalent in a particular year. Now many states including the state of Maharashtra have declared Diploma as equivalent to 12th and hence from this perspective you will be allowed to appear for JEE Mains. The admissions to VNIT or any other NIT will be strictly as per the all India rank declared by NTA after they complete their second set of examinations in April. So if you want to get admission you need to appear for and score a percentile of above 85 if you want to get admission in your desired NIT. Best wishes to you.
