Admission is through JOSAA counselling based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains. As it is one of the best NITs. Selection is based through JEE Mains merit only. However, there are chances of getting admission through NRI quota, management quota, staff seat and probably the toppers of various boards.

Go for NIT Trichy. It is ranked 11 in NIRF rankings and top among NITs. It has really good placements for CSE. Last year it had 100% placements. So don't think twice.
