Hi, there are a couple of options:
1. Starting your medical shop or join a chain of medical shops that have already been registered and doing good. It gives you the heads up.
2. Government and private jobs - Pharmacist
3. Sales and marketing
4. You can do medical coding post a short-term certification course
5. You can choose to build on your career with B.Pharma M.Pharma. Even in foreign countries this whole very revered field has plenty of scope. So go ahead and wish you the best.

Since admissions in engineering/medical colleges on an all India basis are based on central open tests which are based on CBSE syllabus so it's better to study CBSE after 10th.

Yes, you can apply for it but keep in mind to go through the cutoff of the college for B.Com.
