According to me, in West Bengal, IEM is the best option for BCA. Go for it. You can also try in UEM.

So if you are capable enough and build yourself according to those big MNCs. You will easily get a good job at a very good package. As per my knowledge, there is no hostel facility in Vivekananda College though there must be a PG or private hostel near the college. You can go and have a look once.
