This course provides options for specialisation and two industry internships.
It is good to pursue M.Sc in media science from Swami Vivekananda Institute of Modern Science.

There was 100% placement. Mainly, Cognizant, Infosys and Wipro came for recruitment. Many of us received 3 to 4 offers. As far as I remember, there were others like Ericson, Capgemini, Acclaris and Sankalp Semiconductors. The salary range was 3 to 5 LPA. Many students went for MS, MBA, M.Tech, after getting placed or after working for 2 to 3 years. Then the batch size increased and the multiple offers stopped. It makes sense that way too, one IT company is very similar to another IT company.

The best government college in West Bengal for B.Sc psychology is Bethune College. Admission to undergraduate programme is on the basis of marks acquired by the candidate in 12th or equivalent with minimum 45% aggregate marks.

Getting Xavier's for this course will be a bit difficult but you can always try.
