Dear Shekhar,
School documents-Xth and XIIth Admit Card+Marksheet+Pass Certificates. If you have taken admission in a college before, then a transfer certificate issued from that college, cancelling your admission in that college. Proof of your selection in JU (you might bring the admit card, just to feel safe).
Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC. Income Certificate of guardian (s).
ID-proof
Photographs (bring 5 in total).
Edit: I forgot to mention this, but if this is related to Master's degree, keep the graduation mark sheet. Keep the graduation documents as a proof that you're a graduate. Get a photocopy of all these documents, and never

Dear Taksh,
Yes, you can get admission there as your percentage is good enough to take admission there.
The percentage needed to get into Goenka, I would say that above 90% in your boards is considered worthy for selection. It includes your English+best 3 subjects.
Goenka has a unique formula to calculate a percentile and the list is put on accordingly on the website.
