Currently, Google doesn't come to recruit but then Google is not a major recruiter for PGDBM students in India. Microsoft and other similar companies do visit though.

When XLRI ask to submit the marksheet, then you should submit all the marksheets which prove that you have passed the course. So, the backlog sheets are not necessary.

This varies and depends on how much you score in entrance exams as well as how good your profile is.

Both are equally good but XLRI is better in terms of brand value and salary offers.

See, every year the percentile benchmark is different. You need to clear the sectional cut offs as well as the overall. To be safe ensure 90 percentile above in all sections and 95 percentile overall to get an interview call. However a high percentile is desired to boost your chances of an admission.

Not necessary, people who are college dropouts have ruled the corporate world. But it requires immense hard work and luck.
