As per the official notification, the TNTET 2025 examinationdates were revised due to administrative reasons. Now, instead of NOvember 1 and 2, the exam will be held on November 15 for Paper 1 and for Paper 2 on November 16, 2025.

Yes. A candidate can apply for both Papers 1 and 2 for the TNTET exam if they meet the eligibility criteria for both the papers. Paper 1 is for teaching primary level classes (1 to 5), and Paper 2 is for teaching upper primary level classes (5 to 8).
