The completion of your BHU UG degree involves taking necessary backlogs for the 5th and 6th semester examinations. Completing the exam form with an associated fee of INR 500-1000 per paper is necessary to participate in the examinations. You can find the BHU examination schedule with all form submission deadlines through their official website. The BHU backlog examinations take place during April-May and October-November in each year. To eliminate your backlog you should reach minimum score of 33% in each examination topic. Your degree eligibility becomes possible after you successfully complete the backlog exams. The department and college authorities provide the guidelines and regulations that need evaluation so students should seek their direction first.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG examination stands as the essential requirement to gain admission into MD/MS programs at Banaras Hindu University (BHU). The MD/MS eligibility requires successful completion of MBBS from an authorized institution coupled with a minimum average of 50% throughout studies. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test PG includes three hundred multiple-choice questions with annual changing minimum scores. BHU operates 267 seats for MD/MS programs through different special fields. Candidates must complete online registration before attending counseling which leads to the seat allocation process.
