Go for IIT Ropar. You can take IIT mandi also. Choose it according to your own choice. Both are good colleges. DTU is also a good college. You can leave nsit. Prefers IIT Ropar first then IIT mandi then DTU then nsit.

Mentioned college are best on their own place. But, branches are different that you have entered. So, choose branch first which want to pursue. You may go for DTU if you have interest in computer. IIT Kharagpur is also option for you. Metallur

IIIT H is the best among all. It is even better than many of the IITs in the case of graduation outcomes on the basis of computer Science. It is primarily focused on IT field. Go for it.
