No, DTU considers good percentage marks students only to be eligible for admission. They require minimum percentage to be around 98. If you have less marks and percentage in CBSE then there is less chances that you will admission in DTU. But y

As per the last year trends, the cut-off goes up to 4600 rank in JEE Mains for information technology branch. The highest package can go up to 1 crores for IT branch.
