If you want to do computer science, then go for LNMIIT, but it is a private college.
I can't compare LNMIIT with the other two government college DTU and NSIT.

However, if you choose one between NSIT and DTU, then I would recommend DTU PIE is best in all terms from faculties to placement, ICE of NSIT is new branch, you can expect good placement opportunities in upcoming years.

There is no way to make corrections in the registration form once you finally submit them on JAC portal.
You can do only one thing that either to contact JAC committee through email/calls or tell them your problem.

According to last year cutoff in electronics, it was Rs. 14.5k
But, as we see, 2017 mains paper was tougher than 2016 that resulted in lowering of cutoff to 81 from 100 of last year.

I think the cut-off rank for DTU will go high.
As JEE 2017 was tougher than JEE 2016.
You can see it as the cut-off score in 2016 was 100 and in 2017, it is 81.

You can go for the state government colleges. You can get NITs in further counselling too. If you don't have any patience then go for DTU counselling, Thapar University or Jaypee.
