According to last year's cut off it seems pretty difficult, you should try for NIT, Patna as it has home state quota for you.

The only way to get admission in DTU for Diploma holders is the entrance test that is LEET. I am a student of DTU, so as of now, no notice has been released but you can expect the application form out in the month of June and the test date will be in June itself. Result will be declared in July and admission will be done in the month of August.

Both are good but DTU is old and reputed so I will suggest you going with DTU. The placement record of both the universities is almost same.
