Sorry to say but with this rank there are null chances of getting CSE in DTU/NSIT. However, you may get ECE/civil or mechanical with your score. Last year the cutoff for mechanical for OBC candidates was 75000 (CRL rank).

With this rank, you will get low branches like ENE, EP, Biotechnology and PCT.
If you are lucky, you might get civil too, but no chance for core branches like CSE, ECE, mechanical engineering, EE, SE, IT, etc.

If you are really getting admission in DTU then wait for next year for IITs. So, I suggest you to go and take admission as dropping one may lose another year if you are not getting it.
