Do regular visit at www.jacdelhi.nic.in. You will get to know all the procedure.
Dates are still not confirmed, but counseling held every year in the month of July. So you can expect the application form to be out in June

You have no way out, if you haven't given JEE Mains, you will have no chance to get admission in DTU
8 years ago Can I get admission for mechanical in DTU? My JEE Mains rank is 39881 in common list and 9710 under OBC category.

Yes, you will definitely get mechanical in DTU, last year, mechanical was offered to the OBC students having rank up to 85000.

For DTU you need to score more than 200 in JEE Mains, but according to your marks you will not have any chances for reputed colleges. Prepare for your other exams, or you may consider management seats in different colleges.
