Hi Rahul, cutoff for general category is 75 percentile. With 72 percentile you can not expect a call from DSM.

There is a rich learning experience at DSM. It has extremely well designed curriculum which enables students to get theoretical as well as practical concepts of management. Faculty is highly qualified and they support students for every initiative. At DSM, you will get the entire campus of DTU which again is a big plus point. Students enthusiastically take part in many live projects throughout the semester and internships after the semester. In this way they get a chance to learn management skills. Placements are good. As it is a government college, everything is student driven. Department is small but enough for the students. University is 75 years old so its an added advantage. Placement and college life is good enough.

Get back to me with these details and I will reply back to you. By the way for general category, and outside Delhi almost all the branches get exhausted by 5000 rank to give you a perspective. Please upvote the answer if it is useful.

For general, it goes up to 85 percentile and for OBC it goes up to 75-80 percentile. These figures are taken from the previous year's results. So, it may change depending on the number of students applied for it.

It is a very good college. They focus on the dual specialization in first semester. In third semester, they provide IT management, supply chain management and knowledge and technology management. The placement record is also good.
