Hi Rajat,
The cut-offs vary year after year. However, for more details, kindly get in touch with the college officials.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

Will it be a right decision to choose DTU instead of NIT? I am expecting rank within 1000 in JEE-mains.

Hi Anjum, you can get CS in DTU or in any other college also. The placements in DTU are very good and its better than any NIT but I think that, recently the placement status of NSIT has grown a lot. Therefore I would suggest you to join NSIT.

DTU has a better campus and everything and the placements have been growing fast in recent years. But presently NSIT is better.

Is it true that it is too hard to get hostel accommodation in this college? Do students manage on their own?

Hi Aarya, yes it is true that there are lesser number of seats in hostels than the number of seats in the college. So the students are given hostels according to a priority list i.e. first the outside delhi students then the delhi region students residing outside delhi and then the students of delhi region on the basis of distance from the college. Most of the time the students from delhi region residing in delhi do not get hostel room. Therefore they have to arrange for PG which is available in large numbers. So there are not very big difficulties in finding a residence.
