Between Lovely Professional University and Chandigarh University, both offer decent cyber security programs, but the difference is visible in exposure and scale. LPU focuses more on updated curriculum, industry certifications, and practical labs, which helps in building job-ready skills. Placement opportunities are broader due to higher recruiter participation, though competition is also high. CU has good infrastructure and steady placements, but industry exposure feels slightly limited. Overall, LPU gives a stronger edge in career outcomes if performance is consistent.

Yes, you can get admission in BCA at several colleges and universities without having CET score. A lot of the private colleges/ universities do not require any entrance exam including CET. Some may even conduct an in-house entrance test. You simply have to check the list of colleges offering direct admissions for their BCA programme. Even with 45% in Class 12, getting admission in BCA is possible in some colleges. Alternatively, you may apply for an open university.

I was confused between UPES and KIIT for B.Tech. After asking around, I feel KIIT is the safer, more balanced choice—especially for CSE. Fees are lower (around 15-20 Lacs total), placements are solid (8-10 LPA average), and the brand is more established. UPES is great but expensive. If you want peace of mind without overspending, go for KIIT."

Students get guidance for internships, skill development, and career planning. The university also provides support for competitive exams
