<p>Whether the budget of INR 20 L will be enough or not depends on parameters like country where you're going to study, the level of degree you're opting (UG, PG, research or integrated courses), the university and its reputation (or ranking), the demand and popularity of course and the amount of scholarship if you get any. However if you go to countries where the cost of higher education is highly subsidised by the government like France, South Korea and Germany then budget of INR 20 L may be enough.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
