The core subjects can vary according to the specialisation. However, some subjects are common for all branches in a department. For CSE (all branches) common subjects include Data structure and Algorithms, Applied Machine Learning, etc. The course also includes submission of major and minor projects. It is compulsory for all students to complete an internship in last year.</p>

<p>ITNU provides scholarships to students on the basis of merit. The merit is decided on GATE or BTech score. Scholarship is provided to students of every branch. A monthly stipend of INR 12,400/month is given to first nine GATE qualified students. Other students get a monthly stipend of INR 8000/month. However, the scholarship is continued only until students maintain 6 or above CGPA in every semester. If a student fails to do so, their scholarship may be discontinued.</p>
