RIMS provides MBA degree from Annamalai University that is Tamilnadu State University, but as per UGC norms no college can provide regular degree outside of its state. So, it'll be distance MBA. Your query is puzzling I bit. When you use the word 'direct' then it connotes availability of indirect means also. But as far as my understanding goes, you have to complete your 12th before you can seek admission for BA.
