Chances could have been better if you had good grades in 12th. With 59% you can check colleges under SPP. Every college has different requirements. Submit your application on time, a good SOP and strong recommendation letters would be required too.

You have to qualify the JEE Mains and Advanced with good score according to your branch. Another option is CET. You can get admission by both the entrances.
