Hi,
You can get admission in any B.Tech college but for that you have to clear their particular admission criteria. As you have not mentioned any of your exams rank, it is quite difficult to assume as for which college you will be selected in. But, as you have mentioned your 12th CGPA to be 7, there would be many private colleges which will provide you the admission. You can also try your luck Sharda, Galgotias or GLA.
You may able to get admission in some private universities or B Schools where admission process is not stringest. But I am of the opinion MBA should be done from a good college to give boost to your career. Therefore, it is advised that you may prepare and appear for CAT, XAT and MAT next year to seek admission in a prestigious B School.
The forms will be out for AIPMT or NEET. You need to fill the form and sit for an entrance exam and qualify and attend counselling session.
All the best.

Hello Abey Vignesh,
My personal opinion is that all the NIT'S have almost same or similar level of academic excellence. The difference is only marginal and theoretical. However the perceptions matter a lot and that creates differences of opinion. But then seeking admission in a particular NIT is dependent on the percentile that you will score in JEE Mains. I will suggest you one method. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on the percentile. Keep on inputting the percentiles from 70 to 99 and see what different colleges turn up in your search, then you can select the one that you want. <a href="https://... View more

<p>Yes, at SSSUTMS you can get direct admission, and most of the courses have direct admissions since this is a private university where if you are eligible based on basic criteria, the admission will be provided. Hi there are chances that the cut off will fall to 70-75 percentage after that you can take admission all the best
It depends on the college you want to get in. There's an integrated course of BBA+MBA provided by the Iims. To get into the Iims for this integrated course, you have to appear for IPMAT and after clearing the test there's an interview session as well. There are many colleges that took admission on the basis of merit of your previous class and there are the colleges that took their own entrance test and then an interview round for the admission in BBA.
