Do you mean PUMBA? You would have to score very high marks in all exams other than MHT-CET as all other exams will be considered under all India seats if you are a Maharashtra student.

Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level computer-based management entrance test. The test comprises of questions related to quantitative techniques and data interpretation, logical reasoning, language comprehension and general awareness. You need to focus on these during your preparation. Besides books / study material (even newspapers) you need to have a small group of students who can ask each other questions and help prepare each other. Appearing for mock tests also helps a lot.

Once the CMAT admit card is released, the city intimation slip is not required as the hall ticket carries complete details of test centre. However, registered candidates must download the city intimation slip once it is released to know the test city and make arrangements for exam day before hand. City intimation is very useful specifically for students from rural and far off areas, who have to come to cities to appear for entrance exams.

They should choose the first city of preference as their hometome or where they are residing as the exam authorities will strive to allot the test centres to candidates in their first city of preference. Candidates are allotted a test centre in second or third preference only in a situation where the seats have been filled or the exam has been cancelled at that location.
CMAT is a highly competitive exam having five subjects – Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English Comprehension, General Awareness and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. These subjects have a lot of topic and sub-topics that one has to cover. Practicing only CMAT sample papers and mock tests will not be enough as to be able to solve all types of questions, one needs to have understood the topic or the concept. Thus, study the topics included in CMAT syllabus first and then practice CMAT sample papers and mock tests.
