The first priority should be Jaipur then Hyderabad followed by Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, etc. You should prefer to take coaching in Jaipur apart from that TIME, Career Launcher and IMS are the best options for the CAT coaching.

MAT and CMAT have similar syllabus but the difficulty level is different. Both exams have Quantitative Aptitude Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, English and General Knowledge.
