Hi,
After graduation you have to get 60% in engineering/pharmacy/related subjects andthe skills required are high observation and analytic and logical thinking and mathematical reasoning.

That totally depends on you and your skills. If you are great at your studies and professional practice then no one can deny you a job you deserve. No one can guarantee you jobs or predict the outcome after you finish your course. So this question doesn't have any right answer to it. It will all depend on your situation and efforts.

If you have completed B.Sc. Nursing, you are already eligible for M.Sc. Nursing. Work experience may be desirable in some of the universities/college. That, you will have to inquire individually from them by contacting them directly.

Yes of course, you could take admission after class 12th, but don't worry, if you have done B.Sc, You can give entrance examination for MBBS course like AIPMT, STATE PMTs, because they have eligibility criteria for only class 12th with biology. If you don't get selected, then you can go for private colleges, if you are rich. But, there is no use of your B.Sc Degree in entrance.

Chances are very good with the grades you have. However admissions into M.Sc programs are very competitive in Canada so you have to work on your overall application kit. Your SOP and LORs , IELTS score, etc. will be evaluated.
