You can apply for MSc in Food and Nutrition. The Eligibility criteria for MSc in the Food and Nutrition is that candidate have to qualify BSc with at least 50%. So, you can apply for MSc in Food and Nutrition!

It is quite impossible. If you have done B.Sc. in nursing then it is possible but B.Sc. in any other specialisation is not a requisite criteria to go for M.Sc. in nursing.

In majority of the colleges and universities in India, the BBA degree is awarded to the students once they complete the entire duration of the course successfully which is four years. After doing nursing, you will be stuck to just one field that is medical. But, if you do BBA then you can go for MBA or job or entrepreneurship. You can excel yourself in the field you want to go without being constraint to just one thing. Management people are aware of each and everything going under the sun. Thus, in this scope of BBA becomes bigger and better than nursing.

Both the courses are totally different from each other, and there cannot be any comparison between the two. Both are good. It depends on what you like doing. If you are happy serving people and like help alleviate pain, then nursing is good for you. If you like business - whether it is working for a big company or starting your own enterprise, a BBA would be your cup of tea. Choose wisely, based on your personality, attitude and interest.
