I think you meant job as govt. lawyer. You should be a LLB graduate with Bar Council registration for getting employment in government / legal department. There are mainly two openings available. 1. asst. / public prosecutor, 2. Munsif Judge
Examinations are conducted for both.

M.Sc Nursing is a two year programme which specializes in many branches; for example Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing, Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing, Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing etc. The mode of admission is mostly through entrance examination or through marks obtained in qualifying examination and personal interview. You need to be B.Sc Nursing graduate from a recognized university in order to be eligible for this course.

Retake option for the NMAT exam is available in the candidate's existing registration account after the first attempt. The option to retake the test is present in the Retake tab in the dashboard of the candidate account. Candidates have to wait 15 days before retaking the NMAT exam again. Once you appear for NDA and clear written test, You will be called for interview by Service Selection Board. During 5 days stay at SSB you will be assessed on multiple dimensions to see your physical mental and Physiology strength. SSB checks whether you have Officer Like Qualities. If you clear SSB you will be taken for Medical test. After clearing all these if you make in merit list you will be called for joining NDA. In addition there will be a police verification of your character.

Admission is based on minimum required rank in JEE mains.

Computer Science Engineering : 10898

The student visa of US is called F-1. Always read the information on the website of the U.S. Embassy about F-1 student Visa. You will find the procedure.
You can apply for the F-1 visa after you have been accepted by an American university. Once you have your IELTS score of 6.5 or above, you may start applying through official website daad.de. You will need a CV, reference letters from your professors or employer. Shortlist the universities and check their individual requirements as well as some of them may ask for SOP too.
