Hi, you will be considered for scholarship but we can't tell you if the university will give you one.It will depend on how selective the university is, how strong your profile is and also how strong other applicants are.To increase chances of scholarship apply on time, don't wait til the last day of the deadline.

There are separate books available for different topics in IIT JAM Exam. So, buying these books separately for each topic is not a good idea. I would suggest you to take help from study materials which covers the syllabus for all the topics in a single book. So, you don't have to carry 1015 books with you. Yes its compulsary to appear in paper 2 of mains.
And more details i am pasting from my another answer:-
First you have to appear in both paper 1 and paper 2 of jee main. And have to clear paper 1 and a min. score in paper 2 which is not hard to get. Then you will also have to qualify jee advance after that finally you have to appear for AAT (architecture aptitude test) you need to clear that too. You will get admission in IIT roorkee and khadagpur exclusively on the basis of AAT none other score will be counted.Good Luck.

This scholarship is available to OBC students with 50% and above marks and an annual family income of below INR 2.50 lakhs. B.Des at IITG is very good where every other branch mostly envy the design branch particularly. The reason is their schedule, curriculum, decent packages which is very different from other regular branches.
I dont exactly know the details but heard from other Design mates that their average salary is around 15lakhs! (Cases like people with no placements, very high packages and people opting for higher studies will be present).

I think NIT- Allahabad is better with ECE. There, you will get a good atmosphere of coding and ECE is one of the top branch of NIT-Allahabad. NIT-Allahabad is better in all manners.
