Yes, you can, but on the JEE Mains official website as the private answer key is not always as much same as it has to be.
You have to refer seperate books for physics chemistry and mathematics. also question booklets that is provided by coaching institute if you had joined otherwise buy them from postal program of coaching so that you question practice on concepts will be done.

Both are equally difficult. However, in my opinion, an engineer from IIT is more likely to go anywhere in any sector of job. He/she will have many options to make career like MBA from IIM's, IAS IES, PCS, startups, GRE ECT. But on the other hand a CA has more of a limited scope. Either he/she may go for job or practice. However, both (engineer and CA) will earn the maximum if they are flexible in their work.

The admissions in NIT"s as well as in IIIT's are based on ranking in JEE Mains examination. NTA will be announcing this in the month of May after completion of second phase of this exam in April. For getting admission in IIT's, the students have to clear one more exam called JEE Advanced. For architecture courses, you need to clear JEE Mains paper 2 and JEE Advanced. To get admission into IITs for B. Arch courses, you need to clear an Architecture aptitude test (AAT) based on which you will be allotted seats.
However, JEE Mains paper 2 scores are being accepted by many reputed colleges.
NEET is easier but acceptance rate is lower. It has acceptance rate of around 0.1 percent whereas IIT JEE has 1 percentage so you can calculate. Also at the end of the day its about getting accepted.

If someone from IIT and another student of non-IIT gives an interview but IIT students don't have skills but non-IIT student has skills, then interviewer don't see the degree of college. Firstly You start the NCERT book and read it very carefully after that you choose some other book and class DPP chapter wise module and you should practice previous year's questions which chapter you read from chapter wise question bank and after completing the whole syllabus, you should solve the previous year questions from mix question bank with set proper time and join any text series. For admission in NIT, candidate must appear for JEE Mains. Unless you appear for the entrance exam you won't get admission in National Institute of Technology. The eligibility criteria for entrance exam is 12th with PCM as the subjects. Apart from IIT and NIT, most colleges in India offer lateral entry for Diploma students. These colleges do reserve some seats for lateral entry students.

As I have been to a coaching earlier (FIITJEE). I am pretty much in favor of them despite what others perceive of it. If they provide you good enough teachers, go ahead and grab a seat. There are only 2 quota systems. Home state and other state quota. If you are from Madhya Pradesh then the quota system for you would only be available in colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
Both are very different profiles and have good pay. And mind it, both require a lot of preparation and dedication. Aviation is the second after Bollywood in India in terms of Glamour. IIT engineering also has a very good pay.
I have a good news for you, there is a chance to crack IIT-JEE without coaching!
Although the public view is that IIT JEE can only be cracked through coaching. But it is not the full story. For what I am telling you to do, you have to have or develop these qualities in you i.e., self-reliance, strong determination & self-discipline.
